Chris has over 22 years' experience in Audit and Corporate Services working for a Big 4 and mid-tier accounting practices in Perth. He has been responsible for the audit, advisory and financial reporting services for a range of listed and private companies and not for profit entities.

Chris specialises in the aged care and not for profit sector. He also sits on a large board and chairs the audit committee, as well as significant experience with leading the China services desk, including assisting with inbound transactions from China.

Chris has experience in auditing companies listed on other exchanges including the TSX and AIM, and is currently a TSX registered auditor.

He has a wealth of experience in the mining and exploration sector, leading the audits of mining companies, including those transitioning from development to production.

Chris has gained specialist expertise in a range of industries, dealing with private and public companies, and other organizations.
