As a global entity, PrimeGlobal exists solely to coordinate communication among the independent member firms of its four autonomous regional members in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America and the Caribbean. PrimeGlobal has a membership of 285 firms in 81 countries and in combination, there are 817 office locations employing 21,700 staff across the world.

Members are all accounting firms that are Chartered Accountants, Certified Public Accountants, or their professional equivalents in non-English speaking countries. PrimeGlobal members are selected based on exacting requirements for size, reputation, quality of practice, diverse technical capabilities and geographic location. These requirements must be met to both gain admission and retain membership.

Each member firm retains its identity and autonomy, thus preserving the important personal relationship with clients that are the hallmark of local firm practice.
