Doug has over 14 years of experience in Audit and Corporate Advisory Services at both Big 4 and Middle Tier accounting firms.

With a wide range of industry expertise, Doug has provided audit and advisory services to a large variety of ASX listed, privately owned companies and associations ranging from large multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations to small privately held entities and not for profit organisations. Doug has led engagements for Australia's largest home building company as well as the world's largest gold miner.

Doug has developed an extensive knowledge in Australian Equivalents to International Accounting Standards (AASB's), the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rules and prides himself on providing practical advice for his clients. Doug is currently responsible for auditing over twenty ASX listed companies and has also assisted clients with Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) on the ASX as well as AIM in the United Kingdom and TSX in Canada.
