Rick Hopkins
Director
Rick Hopkins is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience advising on taxation, corporate and accounting matters. In 1987, he joined the tax consulting division of a “Big 4” accounting firm providing advice to large mining, liquor and property conglomerates.
At Hall Chadwick Perth, Rick provides project and corporate tax advice to a wide range of clients with expertise in structuring advice, capital raising, tax and cash flow planning, valuations and business mentoring.
Rick has been the principal adviser and office holder in a number of Australian private and public companies, including those operating in property development, hospitality, agribusiness, pearling, financial services and funds management while also taking on management responsibilities in Australia for a number of overseas clients.
Rick has worked on various committees of The Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and is a past state chair of the Tax Institute.
Rick is active in the volunteering sector, including holding a variety of positions in the sporting and youth development fields.
